| Weekly rent: from Saturday to
Saturday. |
| Included in the price: electricity,
water, tv rent, air conditioning and/or heating. |
| Payment: 30 % of amount foreseen for
length of stay, as confirmation; settlement on departure. |
| Arrivals/Departures: apartments will be
available from 15:00 (3:00 p.m.) onwards on the day of arrival, and must be
vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The keys, together with
the remote controls for the tv and the air conditioning/heating can be
collected at reception in the hotel on arrival where must be handed in on
departure. |
| Cleaning: cleaning of apartments during
the stay is left to occupier. The apartments will be delivered cleaned by the
hotel and they must be redelivered in good condition. However, it is possible
to have daily cleaning of the apartments taking agreements at the moment of
the reservation. |
| Rules: dogs or other animals, even small
sizes, are not allowed in the building. |

| Extra services: dayly cleaning (included the linen change
