Everything was perfect, from the hospitality of the owners to the room, which had a splendid sea view, and the restaurant. Even the final bill was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely recommend it to relatives and friends and will return with my wife as soon as possible. The Maremma is always splendid and, in the evening, a good fish dinner with a view of the sea ends the day on a high note.

The fact that my sister and I have been coming here for seven years says a lot about what we think of the hotel ! There has never been a problem, or a moment in which we regretted the choice. And, if I can, I go back more than once a year. Seeing is believing! Well, I'm a little bit upset, I was hoping that this heavenly place was just for us!

What can I say.... well-kept hotel, clean, breathtaking view, friendly staff, perfect welcome, excellent shuttle service to the car park, breakfast worthy of a 4-star hotel. We did not try the restaurant, but seeing the dishes that were brought to the tables I am sure that next time we will definitely eat there. The restaurant has a beautiful veranda and the buffet breakfast is also served there. Heartfelt thanks to Paolo and the staff. We stayed for only one night (June 6th) but it was enough to persuade us that it would be really worth returning (I have already booked for September). Recommended by

September 2013. We stayed in the hotel last year and this year we booked our holiday because in 2012 we had a great time. Excellent is the right word to describe everything concerning the welcome, the room service, and the beach.
Fish every day and the Tuscan specialities prepared with great professionalism by the Chef and his staff deserve a special mention. The dining room service is prompt and attentive and the waiters are kind and respectful (which we already mentioned in the previous review we left in 2012).
The fact is that, as a family business, having the owners on-site makes the hotel more welcoming. The location, practically on the sea and a stone's throw from the town centre, makes the place very attractive to those who want to visit the famous Quattro Pazzi in the evening.
For just a small difference in price, you can get a room with a sea view... a transatlantic view... which is impressive. For those who want to try some special dishes from time to time, by asking the owners, and for a slight increase in the daily rate, you can enjoy them in the restaurant.

It was a more than pleasant stay, the hotel is very nice, the rooms comfortable and spotless and above all the staff and the owners are very kind and helpful. We were very warmly welcomed, and I must say that we enjoyed the facilities more than those we have found in other hotels, even those with more stars. So, I would like to congratulate everyone.Even the chef!

My son Alessio and I went to Miramare last July. You may be thinking: why are you writing your comment now? It is true that it's been a while, but for months I have been thinking about what to write in order to really describe the wonderful experience we had, a treat for the eyes and the palate ... but I realise that it may be impossible to put it into words. How can you describe heaven in so few words? Well, I can only tell you to try it yourself. Stay in this hotel in person, and you will understand what I mean. Donatella, Paolo, Tommy and everyone else, are people who will live in your memory for ever! Everything is always perfect. You are well-cared for and nothing is left to chance, not even friendliness! ... if you try the grilled Montecristo, one of the many seafood delicacies on the menu, you will understand that I was not exaggerating, and at that moment, you will realise that you will definitely have to come back to the Miramare Hotel! Thank you! You are the pearl of Castiglione!!!
